These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and peti4d (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with peti4d, place bets, or use any of our services. We strictly enforce this age restriction and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be immediately closed, all bets will be voided, and any funds deposited will be forfeited without appeal.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not legally prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
peti4d primarily serves players residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited at the time you access our services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of peti4d complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain geographic locations at our sole discretion.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account with peti4d. You may not register multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, residential addresses, or payment methods. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and confiscate all balances without prior notice.
You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must immediately notify us of any changes to your personal information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.
As part of our regulatory compliance and security measures, we require all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before making their first withdrawal. You must provide valid government-issued identification documents, which may include your Indonesian Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. We may also require proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including all bets placed and all deposits and withdrawals made, whether authorized by you or not. peti4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
peti4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players: bank transfers through BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet deposits. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by peti4d, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (5:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB). Deposits initiated outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to process.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your peti4d account are from legitimate sources and belong exclusively to you. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities, funds belonging to third parties, or funds that you have borrowed with the expectation of repayment through gambling winnings. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and to refuse deposits or request additional documentation if we suspect money laundering or fraudulent activity.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods (accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates) are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and potentially account suspension.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method and account from which your deposit originated.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit imposed by peti4d, though we reserve the right to process large withdrawals (above Rp 50,000,000) in installments for security and liquidity management purposes.
E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 1-3 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other banks) are processed within 1-24 hours, depending on the time of request and banking schedules. Withdrawals requested during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM WIB) process faster than those requested on weekends or public holidays.
We reserve the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours if additional verification is required, including but not limited to: verification of identity documents, verification of deposit source, investigation of suspicious betting patterns, or compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. You will be notified via email if your withdrawal requires additional verification.
peti4d does not charge any fees for withdrawal processing. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, which are beyond our control and for which we are not responsible.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated on the promotional page or in the promotional communication. By claiming or using any bonus, you agree to abide by the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount) before the bonus becomes withdrawable cash. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slot machines typically contribute 100%, table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (minimum odds requirements apply).
We reserve the right to withhold or cancel any bonus, and to void any winnings derived from bonuses, if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (such as betting on opposite outcomes), or any other activity that we determine to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
By registering an account, you consent to receive promotional emails, SMS messages, and push notifications about our bonuses, special offers, and new features. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service, though you will continue to receive important account-related notifications.
All bets are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the bet is placed. Game rules are available in the help section of each game or in the sports betting rules section of our website. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet. In the event of a dispute, peti4d's interpretation of the rules shall be final and binding.
A bet is not considered valid until you receive on-screen confirmation and a unique transaction reference number. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect the bet is placed in breach of these Terms, involves fraudulent activity, or exceeds our maximum bet limits.
For togel (lottery numbers games), results are determined by official draws from the respective lottery markets (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, Taiwan, etc.) and are final once announced. For sports betting, results are determined by the official outcome as declared by the governing sports body. For casino games, results are determined by the Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories. Once a bet is settled, the result is final and cannot be appealed except in cases of obvious error, which will be reviewed at our sole discretion.
In the event of an obvious error (such as incorrect odds displayed, technical malfunction, or human error), we reserve the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. Obvious errors may include: odds that are clearly incorrect (such as decimal odds of 100.00 displayed instead of 1.00), bets accepted after an event has started, or system errors that incorrectly credit winnings. Players will be notified of voided bets via email and account notification.
All slot machines and casino games offered by peti4d use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested and certified by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage calculated over millions of game rounds. Actual results in any individual session may vary significantly from the stated RTP due to variance.
peti4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide tools to help you control your gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your account settings and can be activated at any time.
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through your account settings. Once activated, these limits cannot be increased for 24 hours, though they can be decreased immediately. Limits apply to all deposits and net losses calculated over the specified time period.

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request permanent self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, extendable to 1 year, 5 years, or lifetime exclusion. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any game outcomes or betting odds will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, peti4d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from gambling activities. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
peti4d shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, power outages, internet service disruptions, government actions, pandemics, or acts of God. In such circumstances, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as payment processors, game providers, or affiliate partners) that are not owned or controlled by peti4d. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party websites and services at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to your account, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe: you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; you have provided false or misleading information; you are under 21 years of age; or suspension is necessary for security or regulatory compliance reasons. During suspension, you will be unable to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals until the suspension is lifted or the issue is resolved.
We reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and refuse to provide services to you if: you have materially or repeatedly breached these Terms & Conditions; we determine that you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior; your account has been dormant (no login or activity) for more than 12 consecutive months; or termination is required by law or regulatory order. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds obtained through breach of these Terms) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer service and requesting account closure. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any bonus wagering requirements). Once closed, your account cannot be reopened except at our sole discretion.
All content on the peti4d website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of peti4d or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include any right to: resell or make commercial use of our services or content; modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works; download or copy content (except for temporary caching necessary for browsing); or use any data mining, robots, or similar automated tools.

Material changes will be notified to you via email and/or prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before the effective date. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using our services and close your account.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and peti4d regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party at our sole discretion, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
